I light of this debate, I'm hoping it will be fun. You don't have to fill in every category if you don't want to. I'll post mine after a few people have put up theirs and make sure to say a few words about why you think they deserve it.

Rules
Any fictional villain from any medium qualifies. (this is supposed to be fun so let's leave Hitler out of it shall we?)
Must be a "villain" ie: their role in the story is that of the antagonist. Anti-heroes don't count.

The mastermind award has to go to Yagami Light from DeathNote

The mastermind that is Kira, using the deathnote to the ultimate effect of making himself the God of a world without criminals. Battling against the detective mastermind known only as "L" he takes brilliance to the next level with intricate plots and schemes to evade "L" and try to eliminate him.
Although he makes quite a few mistakes by letting his emotions get the better of him, his plans are made with perfection in mind.


Good help is so hard to find these days award has to go to:

1.) Stormtroopers. What idiot wears white armor that covers the entire body but offers little to no protection against blaster fire. It's the color white that annoys me. Key example: The Forest of Endor. Stormtroopers stuck out like a sore thumb, which made them easy pickings for the rebel troops who decided to wear camouflage on that day.

Also they don't aim. They shoot at the waist and pray to God it hits something. They stand out in the open with no cover and just get shot, but wouldn't you know it one of his buddies is there to take his place(not using cover mind you) and get shot also. These guys got balls, but they don't have the common since God gave a turd.

2.) Lurky from Rainbow Brite - Poor Lurky. His downfall is his big heart, innocent nature, and 5-second attention span. He does his best to please his boss, Murky Dismal, but doesn't seem to realize he's working for the bad guy. Thus, he always manages to accidentally put the monkey wrench in Murky's gears.
